What are the vaccination requirements for grooming and boarding?
All pets must have current vaccination records on file. Dogs need up-to-date Rabies and Bordetella. Cats must have Rabies and FRVCP. Proof is required before your appointment or stay at our Murrells Inlet location.
What is Angel Pets’ cancellation and no-show policy?
We ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged a 50 percent fee. No-shows are billed the full service amount to keep scheduling fair for everyone.
What are the drop-off and pick-up hours for grooming and cat boarding?
Grooming clients may drop off and pick up Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and weekends 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Cat boarding drop-off and pick-up is during regular hours, with limited holiday windows from 8:00 to 10:00 AM.
How does the No Pest Policy work for flea-positive pets?
To protect every pet, we have a strict no-pest policy. If fleas are found, immediate treatment is required at the owner's expense. This helps keep our Murrells Inlet facility clean and safe for all animals.
What types of pets does Angel Pets accept for grooming and care?
We offer grooming for all dog breeds, cats in our cat-only facility, and small animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, birds, and some reptiles. Please contact us if you have questions about your pet’s eligibility.
Is there a student groomer discount available at Angel Pets?
Yes. Sessions with our Paragon School of Pet Grooming or Animal Behavior College student groomers are offered at a 20 percent discount. All services are supervised by experienced staff for quality and safety.
What amenities are included in your cat boarding suites?
Our cat boarding offers three suite options: EconoKitty Kennel, Kitty Kondo, and Kitty Kottage. Amenities include daily cleaning, playtime, and 'Kitty Kam' video monitoring so owners can check in on their cats remotely.

Book grooming online through Envision Go or call or text 843-240-4363. For cat boarding, use our online Revelation Pets portal. Please update records or reschedule early for the best availability.
